I have seven Harry Potter postcards I must have picked up during some HP event. There's one for each book. They're not too exciting, but I think they're cute.

Would any of you like to be sent a postcard?

Oh! I know. If you want a postcard, comment here with your first three picks for which book postcard you'd like sent. If there are more than seven I'll find some sort of graphic or draw a picture, who knows. (:

If you leave a comment expressing interest, please send me a message with your address and I'll note it down. :D I don't mind distance: snail mail is something I try to offer some dedication.

It may not be until Spring Holidays (after 30th March, pretty much) but I would love to send them out!

Please do let me know!

P.S. I was looking up quotes about letters and found a lovely batch with some of my favourite people mentioned. Ellen DeGeneres and Ani DiFranco to Goethe and Byron. Makes me smile!

I'd love one! (I adore getting mail.) My favorites are OotP, PoA, and HBP, though any would do! M.

:D :D :D

Shall I take this to mean you want a random letter rather than a HP postcard? Or I'm sure I can find another interesting postcard elsewhere, too! They have cool ones at the World Shop in town. [:

Letters letters letters, I loooove me some letters! ♥

Ooh, I would totally love a postcard! I even think I have some from LA and Liverpool and we could exchange! Top three HP books: goblet of fire, half blood prince and order of the phoenix, but I totally love them all, so don't worry huge amounts.

Also, i've been meaning to mention this again for a while: you still interested in visiting norwich over your spring break? Cos I totally think we can make that work *grin*

How's life?

I died laughing at your icon. :Þ

I will note down your favourites! I can't tell yet if I'm going to go for first picks or try to organise it so everyone gets a first or second choice. :D

I am definitely still interested in visiting Norwich over spring break! I remember loving UEA and the town when I visited in 2007 and it completely reminded me of Diagon Alley (I'm weird haha) which would be so nice. Getting to see you AND get away from Reading for a while would be really nice and a once-in-a-lifetime sort of chance! C:

Life is...stressful. I have another dissertation draft due this week, a presentation Thursday, work for another presentation for a group meeting Friday, a presentation for a class I don't understand either next week or the week after and I have a first final draft of my dissertation due next week. Then one more report for the week after next, then my whole dissertation is due. THEEEEN break for a little while, yay! But unfortunately most of my break will have to be revision for the exams that come after. =[

It's all way too much stress. I feel like a puddle of stress and tears! Meh. Please tell me you're doing better!

I'd be happy if you spent some birthday money visiting a friend and allowing yourself a bit of a breather. Norwish was cool. Perhaps you could read and be a good student on some nice trains and then give yourself a pat on the back and enjoy a few hrs. of silly time in Norwich.

Am I correct in remembering a town not so far from there that is falling into the ocean? Might be too far without a car ... and, obviously, you don't see much as the ocean has basically eaten the town, so you just look out at water and imagine ... We went to all that's left of the town once ... this really big cathedral/church on a cliff. Its kind of eerie and cool.

Can't believe I typed Norwish .. Freudian? well, you know what I meant.

I have to admit I giggled at that. :Þ "It's Norwich...ish."

I may spend some birthday money to get there, especially since I didn't end up actually going into London with Clover. A breather would be nice! And yes, I forgot that transport is a good place to get things done. :3

I didn't recall about that town, but now I wonder!

:D I'll probably put them with a letter and in an envelope (I love using my envelopes), but regardless the postcards will be sent!

Any preferences on which? :D

I'd also love one, if I'm not too late! Snail mail rocks! Not too much preference on the books just not the 5th.

I want an original drawing postcard!!! *grins* With quotes! I've been remiss on finding new quotes for my quote book lately.

Oh, I would absolutely love to get a postcard, or a letter, or something! If you'd still be up to it.

I hope your Spring Holidays get here soon, for your sake!
Thankfully mine start at the end of this week. Going to TiniestTown, AL for college, and being in charge of keeping up with at the goings-on, has proven to wreck havok on my used-to-travel-every-other-month-or-so self. I've gotta get out of here, and soon!
