I've stared at this empty box for a moment, so let's see if I can finally make some progress...

Going to try to keep this in pluses and minuses...Collapse )

Oh well. I tried.

ETA: Feeling better now as I head off to sleep. Shower meditation for the win. Plus freshly-braided hair and squeaky-soft skin. :D *Hugs self.* I'll deal with those dratted feeling-things after a trip to Dreamland.

Room cleaning coming along. Brought the finished CDs down to the playroom/storage room to have the bags and boxes out of my hair (the final box to do is huge, but whateverrr, and it's alphabetised so that's neat). Clothing all put away.

My Sarah Palin mug (won at an outrageous Yankee Swap) is staring at me. Tiny bit unnerving. It's a "tea party" mug, though, so I thought Sarah would find a heathen poly liberal lesbian drinking real tea from it while reading non-vanilla old-people smut to be sufficiently offending. Cooties to you, Sarah Palin.

But mainly, I was reminiscing about my childhood with a song.

I shall share it.Collapse )

My computer is flipping the frak out over ripping this 'Blind Faith' CD. I think my computer is an atheist... Now it just sounds like a vibrator. My dear machine, I think you're confused...

Cleaning break over, I think.

An hour to the 22nd; I feel sane and settled. Go inner strength go!

I lied. Procrastination > productivity. Instead I am going to inundate my poor flisties with senseless posts. Nyah! :B

After the last post, my favourite song came on (you know, when I was about to clean) and I decided, "I want to post about this, too! Separately!" So I am.

My favourite song is a naughty word.Collapse )

So that is the story of my favourite song. And in present-day news, Jenne (of the I'm-in-love-with-you standing in my life) posted on my FB wall with a happy (almost) birthday message and a song I have yet to listen to from YouTube. I shall listen and see what it is.

D'awr, I love that little laydeh.Collapse )

Awwr. (: Alright, I can see how being in love can make birthdays a little bit brighter. And long entries make cleaning a little bit lighter.
