For starters, I hope today goes better than I think it will. I have PT and a pain in both ears. I should get it checked out with the doctors, as it's probably that I have another ear infection and swimmer's ear. I also have to finish/start my summer reading. The Giver and Farenheit (SP) 451. I've read the Giver before, but it was years ago. I need to re-read it.
I'm calling Lisachan after PT to see if we can 'hang out', in her words. We're going to read summer reading. She says my reading with her will inspire her to read more than one page (harkhark). I can't wait for school to start. I've been dreaming of going to school. I miss Makuchan and Linschan, as well.
I still haven't gotten off the computer, though I should. So while I'm on and looking for something to do from keeping me from getting off the computer, I'll put up some of my latest writing. Two fanfictions, one of something unusual.
The first is for a prompt in the community circle_fic. We had to write about a teacher/student relationship. I took that as not meaning romantic love, but a more parent/child relationship. I did Lark and Sandry, as I'm most comfortable with writing females and their interacting. It's short, less than one thousand words. It will still go behind a cut.
Title: Shifted Papers. Author: Cro. Genre: Other. Rating: G. Summary: Sandry has felt certain loneliness since the death of her parents. This particular night, can Lark fill this void? Author's Notes: I wrote this late at night. It took me twenty-nine minutes, with a very short break. I had trouble with coming up with a title, so the title might not match up with the story. It’s just a cute little standalone. [SLASH]
