A mild annoyance of the universe: I think one of the reasons it's so difficult to shop for jeans is that it's such a hassle to get into them post-washing or post-making (I suppose; I always buy second-hand, so dunno). As in, I have to squeeze myself into a UK 12 and they're hugtughugging my thighs and bottom. By the time I'm home and have loosey-goosed them up by walking across the park, suddenly I can pull them at the belt and fit another quarter!Kiwi inside...so time for a belt. Which then reminds me that I am a UK 10 and occasionally UK 8, yet I can hardly get those on at all in stores. Jeans, you make shopping and dressing difficult. That is a bad idea: I'm always closer to becoming a naturist than the average Dick or Jane.

A great joy of the universe: Napping longer than intended when it is perfectly fine. "Kiwi?" "Nnnnrghles." "It's five to five?" "Mrrfles?" "Sam and Judy are here!" "Mnnnear! :D" Intended to wake up at three. More sleep (after a night of Less Sleep) is good!

A what the frook of the universe: I swear I hear people talking right now, in a faraway place. I have checked my headphones and leaned increeeedibly close to the laptop, enough that I knocked my head on the other monitor. No voices. They're not saying anything of interest, really, but at this point I'm convinced that my toes are talking. ('You little piggy go to market; you little piggy go home.')

A conclusion about the Kiwi!universe: Pretty sure I can't really go crazy at the moment...I think I'm a little bit there already. Anyway, time for an indoor BBQ because it was storming! I may pretend to have a picnic in the kitchen. Flying kites and watching my plastic bags try to run away from me...

They say goldfish have no memory; I guess their lives are much like mine and the little plastic castle is a surprise every time. And it's hard to say if they're happy but they don't seem much to mind.

I hate shopping for jeans (and I try to buy second hand as well), and mine all seem quite loosish right now.

Indoor picnics are fun!!!

I had a good time with the indoor picnics. :D Normally I'd be pleased to find that my jeans are loose, but since I ust bought them... :B

Jeans really are tough, Ive mostly given up on them. Sizes seem to not bear much resemblance to any objective standards either.

My "medium" days are long gone, but I have "larges" that are much bigger than some "xl". I could follow that thread, but won't.

Sleep is good.

I like jeans, especially now that I've realised I can get skinny jeans and wear them either as jeans or as leggings under dresses. I don't mind leggings, but I don't tend to find them as often.

I don't comprehend sizes at all.
